Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #54: Perfect for parties

Hi lovelies I am back again with another DIY project for the 54th Lawn Fawnatics Challenge blog where the task for this challenge is perfect for parties. This time I have cute tags for you with a coloring video tutorial. :)

I started the cardmaking process with coloring. I stamped and colored the images from Octopi my Heart, So Jelly and Year Six stamp sets with Copic Markers.

When the coloring was done I picked colored cardstocks from the Really Rainbow paper pad in the same color as the colored critters.

I made 8 colored speech bubbles and 8 white speech bubbles with the Open Me coordinating die set. But feel free to create more or less, it's up to you.

In the end I adhered everything together and personalized the cute tags with handwritten names.

Sunny Studio Stamps | Fabulous Flamingos

Hi crafty friends! Today I am showing you a cute summer card with the Fabulous Flamingos stamp and die set from Sunny Studio Stamps.

I started the card making with Stamping and coloring. I stamped the images with the Fabulous Flamingos, Seasonal Trees and the Sending Sunshine stamp sets and colored them with my Tombow Markers. After the coloring I ran them through my Die-cut machine with the coordinating dies.

The next step was the scene. I picked a yellow, stripy cardstock from the Summer Splash Paper Pad and splattered on it with black watercolor. When it was done I adhered it to the card base. Next I made a few die-cuts with the Catch a Wave and Woodland Borders dies.

I stamped the sentiment to the top of my card, adhered everything together and a piece of summer to the envelope is ready.

Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #54: Perfect for parties

Hello Sweets! I am oooh soo excited! Today I am guesting for the 54th Lawn Fawnatics Challenge blog and the task for this challenge is perfect for parties, so I thought an infinity interactive underwater invitation video tutorial would be great. Aren't these critters cute with sunglasses?

Okay, it's hard to show on a photo how the infinity invitation card works, but I promise, once you watch my video you will see how it works and how you can make it. I hope you will enjoy that too. :)

VIDEO TUTORIAL

In my video I am starting with the tricky card base. I am going to make this card from my leftovers. I made my card from a thicker cardstock but I advice you to try this interactive card first with a lightweight cardstock like a double sided patterned paper, because it’s much more easier for training.

I cut four pieces of 4" by 4" inches from Lawn fawn cardstock named Mermaid and Peacock and when it was done I started the scoring and folding process. First score your cardstock at 2 inches, then turn your paper and score by one, two and three inches. Before I folded the scored lines I cut the paper sides as you can see in the video. Repeat the same process four times and you can put together your infinity invitation, yaay!

Everybody has small leftovers at home, so I used cute tiny papers from the Really Rainbow Paperpad from Lawn Fawn to embellish the sides. I used these scrap pieces in various sizes. You can embellish the sides in tons of ways.

I made alpha die-cuts with Quinns capital abcs Lawn Cuts and run it through my diecut machine with the amazing dark blue Lawn Fawn paper named Blue Jay. I used lots of lawn fawn stamps to embellish my invitation. You can find the used supplies below the post.
